When I brought my horse to Dee, I had just found out he had arthritis in both back hocks. The shots helped big time, but then seedy toe and colic joined the party. Somewhere in his past, my horse had been hurt and the issues were never addressed. After many months of body work, massages, chiropractic and focused physical rehabilitation, Dallas was getting better. His behavior completely changed, and he was back to the sweet horse he was when I bought him. Part of the rehab was watching Dee work with him in a round pen. She helped him move his body and realize there was no more pain. You see, horses have a cellular memory. That means if they get hurt and find a certain way to move their body relieves pain, they will continue to do that even after the pain is gone. So, the rehab teaches then that it is ok to move and they won’t be in pain. My horse also had some sort of shoulder injury in the past. By helping him move and use his shoulder, he learned to let go of that old memory. When I first started working with Dee there was so much I didn’t understand. It literally just looked like magic. Now after years of watching her work with Dallas, as well as other horses, I have learned to work Dallas also in the round pen with great success.

I have been blessed to meet Dee by chance. She has been caring for my new baby. I am so comforted to know she and the previous owner had him before me. This is nothing less than a gift and a blessing. Thank you, Dee.

Dee is an inspiration- She has taken our biodynamic craniosacral training and is an excellent practitioner for both horses and humans- and dogs too. She really understands horses and their problems and has been a trainer of horses since she was a teenager. I love her own horses. They are so gentle and really take care of you!
